Is Selling Dead? As I continue my journey into Auto Repair Shop Owner heaven, I'm constantly reminded of sales and how it impacts our bottom line. Every day I help customers who need help maintaining and repairing their vehicle. The absolute best sales come from those conversations that I have with friends....not some stuffy sales presentation. I encourage you to remind yourself of this lesson: PEOPLE BUY FROM PEOPLE THEY LIKE AND TRUST! Instead of focusing on how to SELL somebody, service advisors should focus on how they can build better relationships.
